I got paid out for my 7th 9.5 a couple weeks ago. On my most recent one I filed I put I want my quadruple pay for all my time over 9.5. Was this the proper procedure? What comes next a panel meeting, and after that do they still have to violate me 3 times for me to file? I’m in the southern region
