I received an email saying my student verification was successful, but when I click the link to continue, it just sends me back to the main YouTube page and makes me restart the verification process. I never even get to the purchase page.

I’ve already tried different devices, cleared my browser cache, and I’m not using a VPN or proxy. Support keeps telling me to proceed with purchasing Premium since I’m verified, but that’s the issue — I literally can’t reach the page to purchase it.

Anyone have any suggestions?
