Hi! Basically I got a UTI first time. I live in the uk and rely on the NHS for help. I’m absolutely terrified of seeing a doctor and have been trying to cure myself of the uti for less than a day now. My local GP is the uni one and it’s all male and absolute shit. I’m terrified of going to doctors but is there any advice you can give me on how to get rid of it? I’ve also not been able to shit for like 2-3 days and idk if it’s because of it. I’ve been flushing myself with water and eating fibers and idk what to do because the tablets(D mannos) are so expensive and I genuinely can’t afford them. Can anyone offer me any advice?
