I am 24 years old. These white patches appear in the same area periodically; sometimes they clear up completely within a week, and sometimes they reappear after two months. This cycle has been going on for 5 years since I first noticed them. Sometimes they don't form at all, and other times they disappear entirely. They are always located right at the vaginal entrance. I went to a doctor once, and they told me it was a fungal infection. What do you think these could be?
