I'm a Brooklyn based creative (actor and producer) and have been living in this apartment for 7 years. I have a sweet small pup (he's 16 pounds).
Amenities: dishwasher, laundry in the basement, elevator, friendly neighbors, smart TV with a variety of streaming services, air conditioning, heating, air fryer, Vitamix, Sodastream, fully outfitted kitchen.
$1850 a month, $200 security deposit, half of all utilities (electric, internet, gas)
TRAINS: One block from the L train (Montrose Stop), ten minute walk to the G (Broadway stop) and M/J trains.
