Not one, or two, or three but FOUR parcels lost in three weeks, even using three different delivery addresses...and one returned by Evri to a place I have never even bought from!
Why oh why oh why do vendors insist on using such a crap company? One parcel lost at the depot before even reaching my house, two lost en route to the Parcel Shop ( and one of them eventually being "returned" to Vinted, a site I don't buy from ), and finally tonight, after me being so exasperated I changed the delivery address to my business one in the city centre, it was apparently delivered at 21:26 to my business...yep, because nothing says business attire like satin pyjamas at a front door on a Friday night, as per the photo of the supposed successful delivery.
This company makes my blood boil. I would gladly pay extra to have a choice of courier.
Does anyone know if there is an ombudsman of some sort for this industry that complaints can be made to?
