The CPUSA launched a rebellion in the Pacific states secretly supported by the USSR forming The Pacific Commune of America.

Al Capon saw an opertunity in the chaos, as he took over all of the great lakes states forming The Union of The Great Lakes.

Alaska became independent because of how far their are from the mainland.

Japan decided to annex Hawaii because of how weak the US is now.
