BLACKLIST Process and Cons of re-applying (Experienced)
Hi Guys, I have nearly 10 years of experience, An year ago I have applied for infosys and got the offer letter after going thru all the interview rounds. However due to personal circumstances I had rejected the offer after informing the HR on call and also on the email within a week of offer.
But the hiring leader in the email has retaliated saying I shouldn't have pursued for the position and the way I had rejected the offer was unprofessional at my end. He insisted the HR to make sure I was blacklisted from future hirings.
Now I have applied again for infosys because of the nature of the role and I'm in a better position personally as well. I had got the interview invite as well recently from another location for the same technology.
Wanted to know from any senior HR or any senior here to know would this affect any background checks or future position of mine in infosys if at all I crack the interview again.
