Recently IISc is allowing 2nd droppers in BS program through IAT, so are there really 2nd droppers enrolled in Bs?

If yes then did you feel like mental pressure or feeling of being left out?

And how did you convince your family?

Note: I know about partial droppers but I want to know whether there are any 2nd droppers in Bachelors.

Edit- I had one more question but forgot to ask. There are fellowships given to bachelor students in IISc but most of them are for women or reserved categories. So is there any fellowship for general students? And can fellowship money be spent as we wish or does it go to college fees directly without our control over that money?
