[TOMT][MOVIE][90s/2000] Three kids try to get a necklace back from a junkyard
TL;DR: Some old man who works at a junk/scrap yard takes this kids necklace that one of the kids left on the grass without knowing it was theres. The three kids find out, and the whole plot is them trying to get their necklace back from some old man in the junkyard who doesn't know it was their necklace and thought they were just rebellious kids trespassing.
My recollection: Early on in one of the scenes of the movie there is a kid looking out the window during school and the teacher comes up to him and says "one of these days your untied shoes are going to get you into trouble", later on near the end of the movie they actually do, his untied shoelace got caught on a barbwire fence and this old man tried to pull him back from under the fence the kid was escaping from.
Another scene the three kids were really hot and wanted water, then they saw a public pool and they knew this girl named Julie inside the public pool, there was a giant pool fence that stopped the kids entering unless they payed so they decided to provoke Julie by yelling her name until her and her friends splashed water at them to cool them down.
Third scene I can remember was the three kids in the old mans junk yard (his nick-name was old man get-a-horse), they found the necklace but the oldman tried to hunt them down throughout the scene, chasing them etc
