The cables at the high-bay light crimp terminations have turned black. Initial feedback suggests this may be due to oxidation, however the correct lugs and the supplier-recommended crimping tools were used during installation.
At this stage, I am unsure of the root cause and also unclear on the proper repair method to prevent the issue from recurring. I also need support on how to clearly explain the issue and proposed corrective action to the factory team.
