any good 5950x BIOS setting

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: Zotac 5070

CPU: RYZEN 9 5950X

Motherboard: ASUS TUF PRO GAMING

BIOS Version: 4631

RAM: 16GB ADATA DDR4 3200MHZ CL16

PSU: Antec NeoEco Gold 550W

Case: Antec case

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10 PRO 19045

GPU Drivers: GEFORCE GAME READY DRIVER - WHQL Driver Version: 596.36

Chipset Drivers: AMD B550 CHIPSET DRIVERS VERSION 8.02.18.557

Background Applications: DISCORD, FIREFOX

Description of Original Problem: Good BIOS setting to make the idle power to ~30W

Troubleshooting: I found this CPU is quite hot comparing with my old CPU 3600

After several week of usage, i end up with this bios setting, my aim is to keep cpu run fast while keeping the power consumption low.

Power Plan: Balanced

PBO

thermal throttle limit: 85C

PPT: 105W (Very critical)

TDC: 80A

EDC: 105A

Boost Override CPU: -250Mhz (Very critical)

PBO Scalar: Auto / 1

AMD CBS

Global C-state Control: Enable (Very critical)

Power Supply Idle Control: Low Current Idle (Very critical)

This way if the PC is really idle (closing all program), ryzen master show CPU power ~ 18W

But this cannot be achieved normally, just some background program it would use around 40-50W

default PBO is too aggressive boosting the clock / waking up the core, this is both good and bad at the same time

What is your setting? Other cpu setting are welcome. How to tell PBO more lazy ? 🤣
