I’ve just been told by maximus that my UC50 was never received what do I do now I’m at an all time low and this has just made it worse it’s really stressing me out

I was wondering if anyone could help me.
On the 1st of May, I got a Universal Credit journal entry saying they’d received my assessment questionnaire. Since then, I haven’t heard anything, so I phoned Maximus.
They basically told me they don’t have it, which confused me because I had confirmation that it had arrived. Then they switched up then said that the DWP had enough information, so they’d just send me a letter with the result.
I’m not really sure what this means. Does it mean I won’t need an assessment? Has anyone else had this happen before?
