CEL with drop-in K&N Air Filter?

Purchased my '26 GRC in February and have been loving every minute. I have done no modifications other than a simple drop-in air filter from K&N, nothing to the airbox or intake system otherwise. Did this at about 500 miles and just recently hit 4000.

After letting the car sit over the weekend, about 20 minutes into my first drive of the week the check engine light came on. It was accompanied by a system malfunction warning for the adaptive cruise and forward collision assist. No other symptoms, smells, electronic glitches, or anything. Just a CEL and additional system warning.

Lent my scanner to a friend so figured I would just drop the car off at the stealership and have them take a look at it. Lo and behold after a day and a half they say the issue was a result of "incorrect air pressure readings within the intake pipe as a result of the modified air filter".

Anybody else experiencing a similar situation to this? Is a 2026 really that sensitive to a non-OEM engine air filter?
