What do I do if my chain always falls off?
On the third H gear, my chain will always slip off after a few seconds of riding. The derailleur is perfectly straight, the drivetrain teeth are also straight, and I lubricated the chain a day ago. The bike is brand new, too. I had some problems with cage (I don't know what it's called) that shifts the chain right by the chainring, and it was misaligned, but I fixed it. But maybe it's still misplaced?
