Hi guys recently I've seen that sometimes not always my drive usage will go to 99% when I go check task manager. Once I open it, it quickly goes back down to 0%. I've checked for any kind of virus which both my antivirus (defender and Malwarebyte) said I was clean I also haven't downloaded anything as my pc is brand new. I us an Ssd but have an HDd as a secondary drive I don't really use. Should I be worried? It usually doesn't spike but sometimes it does and in confused.

Small update: I've been looking at Task manager for about an hour and it doesn't show 99% this has only happened to me twice tho but I don't know anymore.
