My friend bought a pass in the game The Vampire Legends 2 on monday but the gp never appeared on her inventory. She spent 1600 robux on it but never received anything at all.
She already contacted both roblox and the devs from the game but nobody fixes the problem and they keep blaming each other (roblox says it's the devs fault and the developers say that roblox support is the one to blame...).

Please, does somebody know a solution to this?
