We’ve had two people come out- ecoshield told us we had termites and found “mud tubes” and terminx told us we don’t have termites but that a colony is nearby (due to the body of a warmer we found in our bathroom) so we should do It preventively.

The third guy told us we definitely have them if we found them in our house but there is no evidence of tubes to our home.

I feel like I’m being scammed out of money and I need a good honest recommendation!
