Game that feels like…

Something is wrong with the world. The game feels like it’s keeping something from you. It’s not horror but makes you question what does it really mean? And gives you that feeling that no matter what you are missing that one thing that makes the dread click.

I have played dark souls and I have different horror games (I enjoyed Signalis a lot) but I can barely handle them. I read that Darkwood for example had no jumpscares but I jumped so bad when the shadows attack you at the beginning.

I’m a poor squishy girl who can’t handle the actual horror games but I ADORE the idea of dread and emotional horror. I really appreciate suggestions for these deep emotional journeys into the dark and weird.

Edit: I’ll add yes Ive played pathologic 1

Currently playing Voices of the void (I survive the horror by playing music in my base and cleaning)

And was looking to tank the jumpscares in crow country.

Oh! Also I finished and ADORED the Bioshock series

Hunting Down Carcosa

Heya! I got into Arkham Horror by being presented by my friends online. I saw then that there’s an expansion about the king in Yellow and I really wanted to play it. I got it in Amazon and lo and behold is only the prologue. I have been dragging my face around and hunted down every separate mythos pack. But it would go up to 100+ euros with shipping to Germany in order to get the whole mess. Is there a hidden place to buy the expansion at an affordable price? Or should I order the Mythos packs? (Some even coming from Sweden). Thank you so much for your time! <3
