Did Etsy change their time estimates again?
Hello! I've been having a recent large influx of customers asking about their orders, and when it is going to arrive even weeks before the time allowable for delivery.
Our dispatch time and delivery times are accurate however it seems Etsy is also prompting people to give a review? I am not sure why this is suddenly happening, and I have not seen anything of note why it would have changed. Did something happen recently that I am unaware of?
