first question: is depop customer service all bots or are there real people replying to me?

second: I returned back to depop after 4-5 years, it wasnt owned by etsy back when i was on there and i used to do everything via desktop not the app. doesnt seem i can access my payments via the desktop anymore...anyone have a way to deal with this?

i have an old phone and dont have interest in upgrading just for an app ...thanks!
