i was cleaning out my old hard drive last night and accidentally opened up skyrim again. played it and tears immediately started to flow . not dramatic but like full on tears while sitting at my desk doing nothing.

i played skyrim so much during my early 20s. it was basically my therapy during the worst breakup i'd ever been through. i'd get off work at 2am, put on the game, and just walk around riverwood or ride horseback across the Reach with nobody judging me. felt more alive than anything in real life.

been 5 years since i touched it but that music still hits me like a truck. is this normal? like do other women feel like certain game OSTs are tied to specific periods of their life where they felt different?
