Hopefully this is something that i can ask advice on but i really dont know what to do. My 9 yr old was fully potty trained a few years ago then all of a sudden she stopped pooping in the potty almost two and a half years ago. She will only whipe with baby whipes and put it in the trash. And we are now catching her sitting on the trash to use it as a potty. She doesnt have accidents in her pants and will hold it untill she can use her trash at home. We have been on a waitlist for a few years with no calls and im really just told to call around to see if anyone has any openings that takes my insurance. Which so far is just more waitlists. Im really just at a loss as why she is doing this and how to make her comfortable using the potty again. She is a guistalt language processor and has vary little verbal communication so trying to talk with her to help her has not worked so far. So if anyone has similar problems and something has worked to help i would greatly appreciate it because so far i feel like im not getting the help my daughter needs. Thank you!
