This user is violating two rules. First, they have three multiple accounts, and second, they're griefing for no reason. They're just painting a pattern; they've painted around other works in the area, but this particular flag they're painting is out of line. Here are the coordinates and the users. I already used the in-game report and several members of my alliance also reported him, but he hasn't been banned yet, and we had made progress, but he repainted over what we had already worked on.
