Do you have better luck with a wacky rig or Texas rig?

Fished both this weekend, felt like I was getting many more bites with the wacky rig but had a much better hookup ratio with the Texas rig. Snagged exactly once and probably caught the same number of fish on each presentation. Anyways just wanted to get some other people’s experience with wacky vs. Texas rigs as I get into soft plastics this summer.

Looking to branch out from my typical lakes and try fishing the Missouri River sometime this summer, so I was wondering what everyone’s experience was fishing it? Not looking to target specific species, just want to know what’s worked for other people. I’m located in southeastern Nebraska.
