I am renting out a small apartment, but it comes with an awkwardly placed cabinet. It eats into what I would consider a living room above it.

I want to fit a small desk, small sofa (probably loveseat size), TV and console, and a bookshelf in the living room. In the dining room, just a small dining table and four chairs.

The second image is how I imagined it, but I'm not sure if the tight space between the couch and the desk is ideal. I am mostly happy with the bedroom. There is also some un-utilized space that could be furnished.

Note that these dimensions are rough because I used my iPhone's measuring tape feature.
