2019 Cervelo P3 - Need help fixing or finding a replacement seatpost
Hey everyone, looking for some help/advice regarding my 2019 Cervelo P3 seatpost.
The previous owner over-torqued the seatpost clamp and cracked the carbon seatpost, so I’m now in need of a replacement. The problem is the OEM Cervelo seatpost for the 2014-2019 P3 is sold out basically everywhere I’ve looked — Cervelo’s own site, bike shops, you name it. It’s been a nightmare trying to track one down.
I’m open to a few options:
1. If anyone knows where to still find the OEM post, that would be amazing
2. A compatible aftermarket round seatpost that works with the SPC-TTC-P3D wedge system
3. Having the cracked carbon post professionally repaired — I know this is an option but unsure how viable it is for a structural piece like a seatpost
Has anyone dealt with this before? Any leads on where to find the correct post, or experience with carbon seatpost repair? Would really appreciate the help!
