First of all, I don’t own any vehicle registered in my name, yet I still received this message with a link. I’m not sure why I got it. Also, my friend, who was with me at the time, received the exact same message simultaneously.

So, I would suggest everyone stay cautious of such links. If you want to check your e-challan, simply search “e-challan check” on Google and verify it through the official website instead.
