I’ve had two cars shipped to a Carmax now and both have had issues with signatures. I ordered the first back in February and I was informed that it was missing the POA when it arrived. I waited 2 months before they offered to ship one out for free. I had them ship another that met my criteria and they just informed me that this one’s missing a signature from a lien holder…

In the meantime, they got the POA for the first one (which I have and intend to return) but my eyes are set on the second vehicle as it has way better history and creature comforts. Is there anything I can even do? Any insight as to how long a “lien holder signature” can take as “it goes through corporate and they deal with a lot of cases”.
