I have a question for owners of the Cube Nuroad Pro 2026:

I’m new to this gravel thing and I’m a bit puzzled by the Cues gear system. In the lowest gear, it rattles quite loudly due to the steep angle of the chain. as if there was too much friction

Is that normal? do i have to worry about the longevity?

my dealer has assured me that the bike has been assembled correctly.
