Been in Business Bay serviced office for two months.

Yesterday closed my biggest contract yet and client specifically mentioned my office address as a trust factor. He said seeing Business Bay location on my website made him take my proposal more seriously than competitors working from home.

Also the fact that I could host our meeting in a professional boardroom instead of suggesting a cafe apparently mattered to him.

Contract is worth 6 months of office rent so the investment already paid for itself. Not saying location guarantees success but in my industry corporate clients definitely notice these things. Worth considering if you're targeting similar clients.
