When did your child stop soiling their undies?

Our oldest daughter is turning 5 in December. We've had her potty trained (or so we thought) since 2.5. but once a week or so she's either pooping or peeing in her pants. It's got a lot better where she at least tries to go to the bathroom but usually it's too late or she can't hold it in anymore and while she's getting on the toilet she gets pee all over her clothes. Her daycare has prescribed potty breaks so that helps some but it still happens there occasionally.

My wife and I are so frustrated. Do we need to see her pediatrician? A child psychologist? Or is this on the slow end of normal? She's going to go to kindergarten next year and we don't think this is going to be acceptable there. Any insight is appreciated.

Direct Heat Cooker Suggestions?

I'm looking for a grill to do direct heat grilling over charcoal but I'm not looking to spend thousands on something like a Chud Box. I have a pellet grill for lots of food and long smokes and a propane grill for hot and fast cooking but I wanted to bridge the gap between the two to be able to cook more gently but over live coals.

It seems like a drum/barrel smoker accomplishes what I want without breaking the bank. Traditional charcoal grills seem have the meat too close to the coals to accomplish what I want. I've been looking at the Weber Smokey Mountain or the Oklahoma Joe Bronco and just removing the water pan/heat diffuser to cook directly over the coals. Is there anything else I should be looking for? Labor Day is coming up in a couple of weeks so I may just get the one with the best sale.

In Hawaii, you can get a cheeseburger for breakfast

And it was delicious. Sorry for the out of focus burger. I didn't realize I Geoffed it until later.
