Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant to work remotely for a US-based company. The role mainly involves communicating with suppliers and vendors, handling calls, coordinating tasks, and assisting with daily operations. Freshers can also apply , we are looking for people under 2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
• Make and receive calls with suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate with US-based teams and partners
• Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and communication
• Maintain records and update information when required
• Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks
• Ensure professional communication and timely responses
Requirements:
• Fluent English communication skills
• Confidence in handling calls professionally
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Stable internet connection and laptop/PC required
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and email communication
• Freshers can apply if communication skills are strong
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Customer Support Representative
• Experience dealing with international clients/vendors
• Familiarity with remote work tools
