What you'll do:-

• Research German businesses (real estate, law firms, dentists, etc.)

• Run simple visibility checks on their website, Google and ChatGPT

• Write short, personal messages from ready-made templates

• Follow up and log everything in a tracker

What you won't do:-

hard-sell, cold-call or work from a script of pushy lines. The goal is to start friendly conversations, and our team handles the rest.

Hi everyone, i am 21F. This is my first ever post here. I recently graduated with a bachelor's in computer science from FAST karachi. During my degree, i worked hard, made it to the Dean's List, built many projects, and also completed an internship at Systems Limited. i thought finding a job after graduation would be easier, but it's October now, and I'm still sitting here without a job.

I've been applying, reaching out, and asking for referrals, but most jobs either require 1–2 years of experience or i don't hear back at all. honestly, the job market for fresh graduates in pakistan has been really discouraging.

I came to FAST with so many dreams. I remember thinking that once I graduated, I'd finally be able to stand on my own feet, start my career, and give something back to the parents who had sacrificed so much for my education.

I genuinely want to understand what are fresh graduates supposed to do anymore?

We are told to get good grades, build projects, do internships, learn skills, make a good CV, network, apply everywhere, and get referrals.

I did all of that.

But now I'm applying to jobs asking for 1–2 years of experience for entry-level positions.

How is a fresh graduate supposed to get those 1–2 years if companies don't want to hire fresh graduates?

Hi, Noor here. I'm in 11th grade from Lahore. I want to earn 60k by the end of the year. It's been on my wish list since I was a kid to earn money. I worked hard to get 90% in matric and will work hard to get a job.

MY SKILLS:

I'm young and don't have enough skills (I know it's not an excuse)

I'm good at cooking

I can make thumbnails

I did a two month course of digital marketing

I can do graphic Designing (but I'll be true I'm not perfect in these things)

I can edit videos (from canva, capcut, inshot)

Hey guys! I’m 19F and currently doing CA Inter. I’m looking for a side hustle, preferably remote, just to earn some money to buy things for myself.

I don’t really have any skills apart from academics (yeah, I know 😭), but I’ve always done pretty well academically and I’m willing to learn something new.

AOA lads and ladies, I want some suggestions from you guys. I was working in a call centre job at Mindbridge Lahore and earning 130k a month. Recently I have had an accident and broke my leg and now I am looking at atleast a year to full recovery and right now I am mostly bedridden. why does it feel so hard to find a job through job apps now? indeed, linkedin, applying everywhere and still nothing feels like enough. it feels like u need a reference or someone to know someone just to actually get your cv seen. is that genuinely how it is now or am i just having a bad time with job hunting? should i keep applying through these platforms or is the job market in lahore actually this bad rn? because sometimes it genuinely makes me wonder if there are even enough opportunities anymore or if everyone is just getting jobs through references and personal connections

Hi 23M living in Lahore, I completed my ACCA in 2024 then got a 6 week internship at one of the big4 and got lucky enough to land a job at a very well known institute while doing internship. So I worked there for 1 year and 7-8 months before I got a better offer from a small startup type company. The money factor got the better of me and I didn't put a lot of mind in evaluating my current job and the one offered to me.

So coming to the point I joined that small company, their business was client based like providing financial and bookkeeping services to overseas clients. I worked there for almost 2 months when I was told that I am no longer required there as they were looking for someone who had experience in that field (I came from an audit background and this was an accounts job) and this exact point I raised during the interviews to which their answer was that you will be properly trained which never really happened. The person they connected me with worked remotely as he was working another job is FSD. He was very overwhelmed at his other job that he barely gave me time which eventually resulted in delays in tasks. The management was unprofessional which you could expect from a small startup. There were no proper SOPs which one expects to be placed in a company. The crux is that I left a very secure job for this company which didn't work out and now it's been 2 months I am out of work and can't really land any jobs.

If someone can give me advice or have similar kind of experience or have tips to job hunting process please share it.
