Movie i can't remember

In 2009-2010 when I was about 5-6 I had a tiny laptop CD player and I watched this movie on it with my now deceased father. It's about a couple(Guy black hair and wife white hair) the man was 100 percent white but i can't remember the wife's skin color. They had a baby as well but I cant remember any other scene with the baby except the beginning. They were either some kinda of superheros, aliens or perhaps secret agents( i only remember his wife having abilities/powers) Sometime during the movie the wife disappeared and her husband goes looking for her.
This is the scene I've remembered since 2009
The man walks into a room that's golden and his wife(now brainwashed with white eyes) is siting on a throne talking about how "this was always her destiny" and "now I am one with the sisterhood" while her husband tries to argue with her and bring back her memories. I remember all the other members in the "sisterhood" looked exactly the same white hair, white eyes, skin color(either pale white, olive, mabye tan but my memory remembers all the characters as white). They removed the husband from the wife and thats all I can remember.
The animation reminds me of young justice league however I know its not that. It's not marvel either since the only characters with "white hair" don't fit the bill for what the wife looked like. I remember the movie creeping me out a little as a kid because when she was brainwashed on the throne it sounded like multiple voices at once. And the husbands voice acting was heartbreaking when his wife was brainwashed. If you can help me find this movie I'd appreciate it.
the animation is 2D not 3Dish Cgi. The male is pale white(possibly asian?) and has no face coverings or glasses, I've come to the conclusion that the batman animated series animation is also really close to how I remember the animation just cleaner if that makes sense. Thought that might be my memory
id also say that it's very similar to x-men 97 but the animation is older than what I watched as a kid. I also know that I watched this movie multiple times as a kid and the other movies I watched around that time were completely different so I doubt I had blended movies together in my memory(even thought my partner thinks that what i did) I'll name them here in case anyone notices plot points being moved around? I only had 3 other movies which were coraline, astroboy and the iron giant, which has zero correlation from what I've researched trying to find this movie, the iron giant had a vague similarity to the movies animation. This paragraph probably doesn't help much in finding the movie but this all the information I got
