Looking for wireless supportive bra?

28F. 5ft4in. 190 lbs, but trying to get back to 140-150. I can wear anywhere from a (worn out) medium to an XL sports bra. I've tried multiple cup/band sizes. XL sports bras are almost always loose in one way or the other. The issue is (and always has been, even when I was 95 lbs) a SUPER WIDE RIB CAGE. Toss in some bell/teardrop breasts with breast tissue more towards the bottom and outside, and I feel like my size based on my measurements is always wrong. Hello, recommended H cup when I normally wear a C or D?! 🙃

Long story short, I work as a nurse in the OR. No fancy real bras here. I was also a competitive dancer/ballerina for 14 years back in the day. I like the girls to be lifted up and squished down a bit, since that's just what I'm used to. 😂 Regular sports bras (without adjustable straps) are starting to look saggy. "Real" bras make me feel like my tatas are on outward display. The one sports bra I have with actual cups and adjustable straps and band looks like a bullet bra under a tshirt. I've seen the viral jellybras on TikTok, and I'm not sure if they're worth the hype, but something similar sounds AMAZING!

Can a wide rib cage girly just have some support without having the ladies look like they're leading the way? I need them to move to the middle, up, and be secured in. 😭 I'm about to buy a binder for goodness sake.
