2017 Blue mustang GT base, I was curious on how much you believe the cost of repairs would be or is the car totaled? My online adjuster believes 2700$...I am having an in person progressive adjuster come take a look at it with the bumper off etc. Curious what other some other adjusters believe
Question #2: My online rep is saying im at fault for rear ending someone... but as you can tell in the pictures I was rear ended... have zero front end damage vs the kia. I tried contacting my online rep thru call and text who was managing my claim but never got a response... Would the adjuster who is coming to look at it, in person be able to help me? I feel kinda stuck in this scenario because im taking the at fault even tho I never rear ended anyone... had 5ft of space between the car in front of me by time I stopped...even in the police report he admitted to rear ending me. I havent taken the payout, refuse too rn till this question #2 is solved. And whenever the in person comes takes a look at it.
