So I had a wifi issue and tried to call the airtel helpline, to my surprise the calls were dropping. I thought the issue was with my mobile network (Vi), i then tried calling a different person and voila, it rang and connected. I then borrowed my dad's phone to call the helpline and it was working fine.

I had called airtel a few weeks earlier regarding another issue and the call had connected then. Is it possible that airtel blocked my number?
