Do i contact my doctor or is it not serious enough?
First i must sorry for any mistakes, english is not my first Lenguage. I have a pollen alergy, is not as serious as other ones but it's still uncomfortable. I have had it for all my life but last year it worsened to the point i had to begin taking antihistamines, they worked fine until very recently. I had to switch antihistamines twice this year beacuse they stop working or not work enough. The last one i took worked fine at first but for some reason my alergies work very weird:
If i spend more than an hour outside next day i get a really bad allergy reaction to the point were i plan my life thinking of when im going to be out so that next day where i know im going to be sick i have it free.
So my question is if i should ask my doctor to give me another type of antihistamines or is it not serious enough?
I must add my reaction symtomps are really uncomfortable since im a student on highschool and not only is embarrasing for me to be blowing my nose all day but also i cant concentrate.
