Hi, as the title says I'm a fresh grad Nov '25 passer. Since January, I've been applying to hospitals na. Nagkaron lang ako callback once 2 weeks ago but then ghosted. And so, I received an offer irefer daw ako kaso ayun nga sa ICU. Ofc as someone na wala pang experience, it freaked me out if I could handle that na. Nonetheless, pinasa ko pa din resumé ko and for interview na.
I'm so scared since critical patients mga andon. Ang sabi max 2 patients ihahandle and may training naman. Upon, researching the hospital, it's known for having toxic management. But, i want to give them benefit of the doubt since I'm a bit desperate na din to land a job tho not that desperate on risking myself and especially risking those critical patients. So, I just want to know if there's anyone of you who took this fast path, and if ever how's the experience po. Badly need an advise lang po 😭
