I had an abdominal ultrasound yesterday, because that is what was available for my DR to use. She said it was questionable if there was just 1 or 2 fetal poles and has scheduled to confirm with vaginal ultrasound in 1 week. She measured 2 bean looking things and the measurements were 7 weeks 3 days. But by my last period I should only be 6 weeks 2 days. I know I see a yolk sac and fetal pole at the bottom of this image but she also pointed out right above it. Babies would be sharing same sac and only fraternal twins run in my family on my mom side and they are my cousins.
