iOS 15 Is there anyway to delete the config files or reset the phone without updating to iOS 26?

Any help is extremely appreciated, I got this phone the other day and have been messing with it trying to get it reset I can’t figure anything or or find much info, it doesn’t connect to my pc even unless it’s in recovery mode it doesn’t pop up an option to trust this computer, it’s super locked down, where my options for wiping the phone or similar without losing the ios version?

If anyone could offer some help it would be very much appreciated, I bought an mdm locked motherboard on iOS 16.5.1 after putting it into a new a chassis it boots into the setup screen, however the phone is already activated with apps and a Home Screen wallpaper name on the device etc. I try to follow this guide ( https://youtu.be/\_kpiKQPpeBE?si=OIgF5yyYMrR-PMTj ) which I’ve used before on another mdm locked iPhone 12 same ios and it worked but when trying with this new one it shows these errors. Is there anything I can do to get past the mdm without restoring and updating, or is there a way I can erase without updating? I’ve tried the option in 3u tools but it shows the message shown in the first picture. Any help is really appreciated thank you.
