this might be a really stupid question, but i have no experience with shaving/pubic hair management. i've only trimmed my hair once, but since then i've noticed tiny hairs (like a few mm) whenever i wipe for the past few months? i was worried it was part of my discharge. is this normal? cuz i didn't have it before
Sorry, this is kind of a long post so I appreciate anyone who reads this! Hi, I've been a lurker on this subreddit for a little while. I've been dealing with an ongoing possible infection/pH imbalance which I have no idea what's causing it. My symptoms are: strong odour (not fishy, more foul/unpleasant), yellow-ish discharge with grey specs (??? seen it a couple times on here but it wasn't clear as to what the cause might be) and occasional abdominal cramps. I've been tested many times for BV/yeast and STIs, all negative, and there's not much else I can test for as I'm in the UK 😞 Have tried probiotics and lactic acid gels, which don't seem to be that effective but I'll keep using them. Have had more stereotypical BV symptoms in the past which seemed to clear up with metronidazole and clindamycin. Thought about getting a microbiome test with Daye but I can't afford it atm as I'm a student. I put strep B in the title as I tested positive for 'heavy growth' of strep b a few years ago, but I don't think the symptoms were the same as this. Anyone who's had a similar experience? I would love to test for ureaplasma/mycoplasma but it's not covered here and I don't have the means to buy a full STI kit that tests for them 😞 This odour is kind of ruining my life, it's noticeable to other people and it's making me really depressed as I don't want to go outside
