A 1 star character with infinite stacking. You literally just go through plane 1 with her, gathering stacks along the way. And once she gets to plane 3, literally nothing can stop her anymore. Even managed to win a 4 star encounter. Feels absolutely underrated

Quantum is the exodia of CW imo. Seele is still broken at a baseline but when she's given 3 extra stacks and 5 quantum? She just starts murking everything that falls under half hp with that novaflare skill
