I'm a Castorice main and she's easily my strongest team with the most investment(E1S1 Cas + Hyacine, E0S1 E9 and E0S0 Cyrene) and her team is very much comfortable everywhere, including all three endgame mode and Divergent Universe.

Except... Castorice(and Bloodflame as a whole, except for Mydei) get kinda shafted in CW: her CW kit enchance her Joint Attack... which she gonna do once in a fill moon, she usually build slow so she doesn't benefit much from the Aglaea build(2 Boot + Fan), and Pollux doesn't stack Firestorm Surge either. This make Castorice unable to benefit from infinite stacking damage unlike Mydei and other meta characters(Aglaea, Seele, Feixiao/Ashveil/Ratio, all 3 Elation DPS,...). Not to mention she's a 4 cost which is very hard to level up to 3* without sacrificing a lot of health.

I want to ask you guy if anyone here could make Castorice(without E2) work in here?. I thought of trying to make two Bloodflame emblem to give to Tribbie and Cyrene while giving Cas a Quantum emblem, but I just can't do it without losing way to much health early game.

HP inflation just makes everything a complete brick wall, and after a certain point it'll become insurmountable even for whales. Making the Bond damage scale with them is a placebo solution, as it just results in more inflation of all the numbers involved until things just spiral out of control.

As such, I hope that Hoyo will keep the enemy HP around what we already have at WC30 or WC40, and instead find other ways to make things harder at WC50. That said, I have no idea how I'd do it. Any ideas?

Picture this: I'm using Feixiao with 3 Firestorm Surges, but until she hits a certain number of stacks, all attacks bounce off like trying to shoot a heavy tank with a 37mm gun in World of Tanks: "Bounced off! No penetration!"

I know this isn't actually how it works, but damn if it doesn't feel like it at WC40 in the third plane (and the enemy has Follower Enhancement). Feels like you can't actually do damage without enough "penetration power", and if you're below a certain threshold, you might as well not be attacking at all.

The 1st and 2nd planes are an absolute cake walk and you think you are on a good run. 3rd plane starts and no one on your team ever gets a turn and you deal 0 damage. It just wastes your time, I spent ~1hr for nothing as the 3rd plane will easily shut down your run.

I don't mind the idea of this Affix, but 60% speed increase is a little insane...

Do you guys win every time or do you only post your wins?

Not to rant (well kind of) but I know some will say that it’s a comp issue but since I’ve got 3 times “it’s a trap” in a row, I think I also have a luck issue… 🥺

Also, I suck at rerolling (how come I always get something worst than what I just got?!?!) 🫠
