Bought a pellet grill recently and decided to break it in while waiting for our 2nd baby to arrive here sometime this week.

For the most part these are my first try at all the dishes. Definitely will be able to refine my skills and create much better meals.

I think one of the biggest game changers I’ve noticed with my pellet grill is the ability to probe my meat and pull it at the perfect time consistently. Every time I’ve used my pellet grill it comes out fantastic. Overall really pleased with how easy it is to get consistent results from it.

So far I’ve tried:

-baby back ribs

-pork butt

-sausages

-chicken wings

- chicken thighs

-pork tenderloin

With beef being so expensive I’ve been trying to do mostly pork/chicken to refine my skills. I would love some recommendations on what I should make next!

I’m thinking of trying to doing some whole chickens and brisket as my next experiment.

Cheers 🍻
