Effect: Repeatedly crushes and scatters the thoughts of the one it’s engraved on to the point of them not being able to form a thought in the first place
1: Stops cell regeneration/growth in the target
2: Creates a kelpie that attempts to lure and drown every human it sees but is bound within 5 meters of the seal
3: When engraved onto a creature it transforms them into a dragon under your command
4: Creates a mesmerizing pattern of nothing in particular

Title: Draft Dart
Effect: A piercing dart of wind, invisible to the naked eye with an effective range of ~80 meters

Title: Bone Spur slicer
Effect: The targets bones lengthen until they explode violently from the skin.
Title: Wyrm Meltdown
Effect: This spell creates a massive amount of fire then collects and compresses it till the point of collapsing in on itself then expels it out in the direction the seal is facing. The heat is so intense that it gives the user 1st degree burns even when directed away from them.
Those bums folded on allowing counterclock seals to be used on human! I’m glad they allow it now but their still MASSIVE hypocrites!
