I turned on the laptop, but the mouse wasn’t showing, and when I pressed the Windows key on the keyboard, nothing appeared. So I forced it to shut down because I thought the screen was frozen. Then I tried to turn it on again, but now it won’t start properly — the power button light and the keyboard lights turn on, but the screen stays black and it makes a beeping noise. Could it already be broken? It’s new.
