Amazon (both app and website) seems to have removed the option to chat with an agent
No matter what route I take, I always end up at "https://www.amazon.in/hz/contact-us/foresight/hubgateway" page. That's so cunning.
So there's literally no way to chat now? I don't want to have a call back or talk to an agent. I WANT CHAT!!!
