Matcha moisture after storing sa ref (?)
Hello! Newbie lang po ako sa matcha and I recently bought 50g of Yabukita matcha from Japanmatcha.ph
Today, dumating yung “sealed/airtight” aluminum canister na binili ko sa tiktok shop, so I transferred around 20–30g of matcha from the original resealable pouch into the canister.
Nilagay ko siya sa fridge, then after around an hour nilabas ko ulit because I was planning to make a latte. I let it sit at room temp for about an hour before opening. Nag-condensate yung outside ng canister agad (since napaka humid ng pinas)
Pagbukas ko, may small clumps na and may matcha na dumidikit sa walls ng canister. Slightly clay-like din yung ibang parts.
Is this a sign na na-moist na yung matcha and is it bad na? What should I do now?
